Project Overview
Valora is a concept fintech app designed to simplify budgeting and financial planning through AI-powered features. I created this demo launch video to give potential users a quick and engaging walkthrough of the app. The goal was to create a polished, fast-paced video that communicated both the functionality and the excitement of using Valora.
Concepts
I structured the video around three key pillars: core workflows, the AI chat feature, and high-level benefits that would matter most to potential users. This flow let me highlight how Valora helps with everyday budgeting tasks, showcase the unique power of AI to answer financial questions, and end with standout features like organization and big-picture money tracking. The goal was to give a clear sense of what the app can do while keeping the pacing fun and approachable.
Design
I wanted the design to feel unmistakably modern and tech-driven, so I leaned into soft gradients, subtle shadows, and glowing highlights.

This gave the app a sleek, future-facing look that stood apart from more flat or minimal fintech designs. The graphics were polished but approachable, reinforcing the sense of Valora as a tool that simplifies complex financial management.
Execution
To keep the video feeling dynamic, I maintained a quick pace and made sure there was always movement on screen—whether it was UI transitions, background shifts, or supporting graphics. The snappy transitions kept the energy high without overwhelming the viewer.
One of my favorite elements was a gradient background I built using Turbulent Displace, which created a rising, abstract texture that supported the idea of a strong and growing user base without distracting from the main content.
